thats right, and even guys dont forget that PS4 is build with an internet console which means u can download anything such as games,videos etc. as if you are using your computer, look at whats on the inside of this machine, dont judge at its similarity of the shape between ps3 and ps4, its like you are talking about two similar computers but the quality and features you can find on ps4 is different.

ok look. i got the facts about this. ps3 is better than 360. when people say xbox has a bigger community, dosnt mean anything. look on the back of the games, it says 18 online, doesnt matter if you have 2 billion online your still only gonna play with 18 people. ps3 has resistance and you can play up to 40 at once. ps3 online is free, xbox online is a few bucks a month and they other boht bout the same features too. besides ps3 is cheaper. xbox yah, maybe be cheaper for the console but ps3 comes with more.
for example take the cheapest ones.
ps3= 399.99
xbox= 279.99

ps3 comes with:
blu-ray
wifi ready
free internet

xbox doesnt they are priced at:
hd player= 180
wifi= 100
xbox live= $50 annual fee

total cost:
ps3 399.99
xbox 610.00

im not going to even get into what they have inside them cuz ps3 beats xbox in all of it. dont beleiev me?

MGS4 is GREAT and anyone who has ever owned a ps1 or 2 and played MGS is going to want to get this game. Although you are right about MGS sucking the fanbase for this series will go wild about MGS4. And the ps3 does have better graphical output. It just hasn’t been utilized by game developers due to the high cost of using the ps3 platform to utilize the better hardware/software. Blueray is definitely a selling point. The ps3 is one of the better bluray players on the market (I know its not the best one, but its still top of the line) and is cheaper than other just as good blueray players plus, YAY for everyone, its a PS3 so you can also play ps3 games along with watching better quality dvds. And later into the future regular standard dvds will become obsolete just like the analog tv is currently.

Its just probably gonna be an update like a ps3 v.4 not a ps4, geez. By the way Killzone 2 comes out Feb ‘09 and ff versus 13 in maybe Dec or Jan so yeah take that xbox. Oh, and MGS 4 is freakin awesome (a little too many cutscenes though)

just read that sony plans to launch ps4 no earlier than 2010 so cool your jets, this news is bs. Oh and the ps4 will be a lot different than a few modifications to the ps3.

PS4? highly unlikely.to everyone saying it’s just microsoft pulling a FUD stunt, look at sales figures, the only people who are Fearing, Uncertain and Doubting are Sony themselves because microsoft and even the wii are leaving them in a cloud of dust to rot. with questionable exclusive titles like MGS4 (MGS3 sucked), its really no wonder it’s being hammered. Sony said that the PS3 would outstrip the 360 in terms of graphical output but lo and behold, me, you or anyone has’nt seen any evidence of this. the best i have seen is multi platform releases that look the same on both consoles. Most people have PC’s etc so the software included on the PS3 is’nt a very big selling point,and neither is the blu-ray. Not many people are willing to pay round about £5-£10 more for a blu-ray dvd over their standard counterparts. Their HD tv’s are enough of an improvement.

Not sure if the PS3 will have more games than the 360. Just went to go rent a game for the PS3 last weekend, and all they had was two mesley shelves. Glanced over the divider and perused the x360 side, they have 1 1/2 full rows of games. Sure, starting about now the PS3 will have better titles then the xbox is capable of, but it will never have more games. But, whoa unto Microsoft when games require all 7 Cores running at top specs… thats Xbox 720 teritory right there. Unless some new 1440p standards emerge…. the PS3 will be around for another 7-8 years.

be out for at least 4 years. guys!!! buy a PS3 right now
and play all of the coolest games like ASSASINS CREED and

PS4 already? When I bougt a PS3? Well, Sony are DUMB AS HELL. What will be with people who bought PS3? Why they eaven bought it? For couple of games? Then for switch for PS4? Well, if it would be PS3 Elite, than OK, but if my PS3 with blue-ray will not read PS4 (or how it is called) games, why do I bought it? Say, is it a joke, or they will makj something like PS3 Elite, because there is almost nothing for PS3. If PS3 will not read and run PS4 games, I will newer buy Sony’s technologies, as well as millions of other people, who bought PS3 already.
