One major flaw I found (unless I missed it..) was that you can only import AVCHD from a dvd - not directly from the camcorder, nor from the same directory structure as the camera replicated on my PC. I assume they did this because they figured anyone who bought an AVCHD camera would have a blu-ray burner and dvd player, but this ignores people who are only hooking the camera up to their TVs and doing playback that way.
