It’s a stun gun shaped like a tampon, of all things. The main flaw I see in this device are that it wouldn’t look particularly good while you were walking to your car in the dark - it’s supposed to be discreet, and you can certainly fit it in the palm of your hand, but who carries around tampons outside their wrapper? But furthermore, how is the tampon supposed to get shot out of the applicator? Those plastic applicators are kind of stiff, I can’t imagine it could pack sufficient punch to get through the rounded end. Then again, if it’s enough to zap someone, maybe it’s enough to get out. Anyway, I don’t think this is real, but it’s amusing. Maybe someday an attractive, realistic pink taser will come to market.
