The lowest unit price is less important than a practical supply for my purpose....why not 50 - 75 for $15 for example? I've never seen them in the U.S. but I suppose Seattle is a good place to look! Not sure if they are the $345+ type units as this post shows but they look very similar and work exactly the same way. I for one only use the larger umbrellas since I need to cover myself and child and use the bags every time I see one. I'd imagine the cost is easily worth the lawsuits it avoids from slippery floors.
