A Micro System that Plays Movies on a 7” Display

Yamada HTV-200XU

The German audio company Yamada (not to be confused with Yamaha) presents the mini system Yamada HTV-200XU that has a 7” colour screen on which you can watch your DVDs, photos and videos in DivX and MPEG-4 formats.

The system also comes with a DVB-T tuner and an analog TV tuner, FM tuner, a DVD player that plays DVD, DVD R/RW, DVD+R/RW, CD and CD-R/RW and a USB port to connect with your computer or MP3 player to listen to your favourite songs. Besides playing both MPEG-4 and DivX video files, the DVD player can also show your photos in the JPEG format. You can connect it to your TV or 5.1 Sound System with an S-video, video, stereo and digital coaxial line-out. The system can rip your CDs, and the DVD player has Progressive Scan.

The Yamada HTV-200XU has a total power of 30 Watts RMS, and will set you back in 220 Euros.
