CeBIT 2007 News: Round 3
CeBIT 2007 has ended today, on March 21, and so our News rounds of this tech event will be finished today as well. In this last day one of the coolest devices was found, a USB flash drive.
But this isn’t a normal USB pen, the dimensions make it a one of a kind on the market only measuring 26.8 x 12.2 x 1.9mm. The small device is called i-Disk Diamond and made by Pretec, it can hold 2GB of data and support both Windows and Mac OS recent versions.
Asus G1 and 2
The gaming laptops from Asus are big as expected, the smaller brother G1 has a widescreen display only measuring 15.4-inches, while the big brother G2 has a bigger display of 17-inches. Besides this important detail and the graphics card (nVidia Go7700 for G1, and ATI Mobility Radeon X1700 for G2) the features are the same.
Another good surprise was the Asus laptop for people that like a good display screen to watch movies and whatnot, the Asus W2P has a normal sized 17-inch screen but it is High Definition compliant native resolution of 1920 x 1200.
Technical features on this one include a maximum support for 2GB of RAM, 160GB of storage capacity in a hard drive, a HDMI port so you can connect it to a High Definition TV, and you can pick from 4 different Core 2 Duo Processors – 7400, T7200, T5600 and T5500.
