Motorized Rollerblades

Motorized Rollerblades

Attaching a two-stroke engine to a pair of Rollerblades has a Darwin Award written all over it, they do sound cool though.

The top speed is only 20mph but when your feet are mere inches off the floor that is going to feel a whole load faster. Half of me is thinking I want a pair, whilst the other half is saying stop being a dumb ass you accident prone fool.

Thanks the tip Juergen and your Random Good (but dumb) Stuff.

I’m currently working on a brake system and a better throttle system. These things are so much fun to mod and ride. Also, I higloy doubt that these things will ever progress to an A.T. level. Thats just dumb. Awesome, but dumb.

I’m in the process of making my own, but the machines I need to buy to make the necessary conversion component are around $1200. Then I still need to buy the blades and motor….
