Chumby - Hacking for the Clueless

Chumby

Hacking about with hardware is generally more a past time for the hardcore geek (Jani for example :) ), Chumby however could change that with there easy to hack and modify LCD mini machine.

The Chumby consists of a screen, processor and small amount of memory, but the real magic comes from downloadable widgets. With a bit of messing about, sorry hacking, you should be able to transform your Chumby into an MP3 player, cook book, alarm clock or anything else you can imagine.

At this moment in time the Chumby is not quite ready for the general market but should be coming soon. More info can be over on the Chumby site, found via GearFuse thanks for the tip Andrew.
