HP is thinking about its customers with the new Get IT@hp support program. According to the company, this program will transform IT for the better, by focusing in making the life of the clients easier. Let’s take a look at the features that will help you to deal with software and hardware problems, to buy a new PC and to back up your data.

When you are dealing with a major and complex software problem, today you need to call the helpdesk at HP and discuss your issue with an agent, but in the future, all you need to do is to log on the HP IT Support site and all the software will be downloaded and rebuilt online. All your data is stored online, and in less than two hours you can work with your computer again.

When you have a serious hardware failure, all you need to do is request your new PC. You receive the computer in less than 24 hours, and return your old computer in the same package. When you connect your new PC to the HP network, your software, data and settings are downloaded automatically, and your PC is ready to use.

The same thing happens when you are buying a new PC, all you need to do is take it out of the box, and connect to HP’s network. Everything’s downloaded automatically from the servers, and pretty soon your new PC will have all your data and software installed. If you want to backup your data, you don’t have to do anything. The master copy of all your data will be stored automatically in HP IT data centers, so you can be sure of the integrity of what’s most important, your work.
