Tanita Innerscan for hardcore health buffs
by Edwin in Electronic Gadgets, Home Gadgets
If you’re a hardcore health buff who measures your progress religiously, Tanita has just the thing for you in the form of the BC-545. This unique machine was specifically designed to do a readout on the impact of your current training routine across different areas of your body. For example, the BC-545 is capable of giving individual body composition readings for each arm, each leg, and the entire trunk area (a major problem for us men who tend to drift toward Beer Belly Valley after marriage).
These measurements are taken quickly and accurately – all you need to do is just stand on top of the four footplates and pull the hand electrodes which are being housed at the base via retractable connecting cables. A safe low electricity signal is then sent from the electrodes through the body, where the device will measure your resistance to the measurement. Once that reading is taken, the internal computer will process the information into a personalized body composition reading.
The inclusion of a calendar function makes it possible for the BC-545 to track your progress over time, day by day, week by week, and month by month over a three year period. This user friendly health device comes with backlit buttons and user friendly animated illustrations. Since it passes some form of electricity through your body, make sure you aren’t wearing a heart pacemaker in the first place as doing so would seriously jeopardize your health and send you to the farm much faster than you want.
