Remember the kids game Operation were you had to use tweezers to extract things from some dorky looking patient without touching the sides, well this is a slightly more adult version called Shocking Autopsy.
With Shocking Autopsy you have to retrieve weapons from a murdered gangster, things like axes, shuriken stars, etc. And when you fail instead of hearing a feeble buzzer you get a good old fashioned electric shock, nice!
