Now, that’s not the time needed to get rid of your stress for the rest of your life. The 15 minutes is just the length one session. It’ll take a good two weeks of using the StressEraser at night before you (hopefully) begin feeling calmer and more relaxed. Anytime during the day you feel stressed, you can use the StressEraser to get some relief. For the curious, the device’s LCD display shows waves, which is effectively your current stress level.

The StressEraser doesn’t come cheap at $300 a pop. But it actually seems to be the real thing, you know, it’s not one of those gadgets that you see on some late night infomercial. In fact, the StressEraser won the Frost & Sullivan’s 2006 Medical Industry Award for Technological Innovation. While that may not mean it’s a miracle worker, it, at the very least, gives it some credibility.
