		<description>whatever happened to broadclip anyway? i had it one day, was into it, then had to do some maintenece on it. i came back and it was gone. i cant even find the program or web site. where&#039;d it go???</description>

		<description>Yeah, I saw the music version of this there but to be honest I was a bit underwhelmed. If I&#039;m understanding it right it basically indexes internet radio stations and downlads their content, then when it finds what you&#039;re looking for it saves off that chunk of the broadcast. So

a) Your quality goes out the window, because nobody&#039;s broadcasting 320K and they&#039;re not likely to anytime soon that I can see

b) A chunk of your internet bandwidth is permanently lost to the radio stations it&#039;s downloading

c) You&#039;re dependent on the radio station not talking over the start and end of the song.

It probably works well as an &quot;Internet TiVo&quot; but it was being pushed to me as &quot;all the free music you can eat&quot; and I wasn&#039;t convinced about that.

I can&#039;t say what it does for the TV side of things though, I didn&#039;t see that in action.</description>
