I would not wear those hot plastic underwear. I found the Flatulence Deodorizer by Flat-D Innovations. It is an activated charcoal cloth pad that you put in your underwear and it absorbs the intestinal gas odor. check it out at flat-d.com You can wear it with your own underwear
