I know, because I've had two of them. After several months, the first one started running extremely hot, then quit working. I thought it was a fluke, so I bought another one. Unfortunately, that began running very hot a few months later then abruptly died. The Butter Wizard is a superb idea that needs improved reliability. Until then, I cannot recommend it.
