The Wedding Ring Coffin

It’s a fact of life that many marriages these days end in divorce, which leads to the problem of what to do with the wedding ring. You could sell it but who really wants a second hand failed wedding ring and if the divorce was due to your partner being a stingy git you ain’t going to get much anyway.

MagnoGrip – The essential gadget for mechanics and the DIY obsessed
This is such a simple idea but so very useful. The MagnoGrip, a magnetic wristband.
Ok it won’t give you super human powers like Magneto but when it comes to carrying screws, nails, nuts and bolts it certainly beats using your teeth. As I’m currently neglecting renovating my house the MagnoGrip could of saved me so many trips up and down the ladder (as well as chipped teeth).
You can get hold of the MagnoGrip from Think Geek for $14.99.
The Walking Chair

This looks cool, a walking robotic chair, the HUBO FX-1.
HUBO-FX1 is the human-riding robot having 12 DOF. The development concept is that the robot can walk naturally with carrying a person or a load of 100kg, so the lower body takes after legs of human and the upper body takes after a chair. A person who sits on the upper body can control the robot naturally using the built-on joystick installed.

Razer’s Zune Docking Keyboard?

I’ve just been sent an email showing a Razer keyboard being used as a docking and charging station for a Zune music player, not sure if or when it’s due but it means Razer is taking the Zune seriously along side the iPod (either that or I’ve been fooled by a photoshop again.)

Would You Ring?

This has got to be the strangest doorbell ever, the backside of a deer, would you ring it.
The Doctor is a specialist in Proctology, a specialty that deals with disorders of the rectum and anus (I had to look that up). So it’s kind of appropriate I suppose. “Excuse me doctor but I’ve got a door bell stuck up my Anus”, what a great job.

Slacker Portable Player, Will the Real iPod Killer Please Stand Up!

Slacker.com is the name of a new radio network based on the concept of personal radio, just like Last.fm or Pandora, but that’s not all. When you use Slacker, all you need to do is enter your preferred style of music, favourite band, and then listen to the songs anywhere you want using the Slacker Portable Player, a gadget that has a 4” screen for displaying album art and artist information, or even in a Slacker Car Kit that receives satellite radio transmissions and stores it so you never need to worry about losing the satellite signal again.

LG J10HD Jukebox Combines Chocolate Style with a 80 GB HD
LG Electronics presents the J10HD Chocolate, a media center jukebox with an 80 GB hard disk. The system features VSM (Virtual Sound Matrix) which can make this 2.1 system sound just like a 5.1 system. The J10HD has a touchpad similar to the one found on the LG Chocolate cellphone, and can play CDs, DVDs and MPEG4 or DivX videos.

Muscle Toning Mouse

I’ve written about a massage mouse before (which was given as a gift and used once), but this latest gadget takes it to the next level, not only does it look like a mouse but it actually functions like one.
Information is a bit sparse (I could really do with learning Japanese), but by the looks of the pictures you simply connect two sticky electro pads to your body which will then stimulate your muscles on command.
I wonder if they code combine this with the next FPS so that when you get shot you have a muscle spasm in your back.
Further info in Japanese over at thanko, found via TokyoMango.
