Boob Radio

It might not be as innovative as the ball radio but the boob radio is still pretty cool. Instead of moving a ball to change stations you have to twist the right nipple (a left nipple twist adjusts the volume).

I think this is one of those gadgets aimed at single blokes Available from gobaz.
