You just need any small shareware programe that adjusts the "brightness" setting (it seems to be set all the way up at first connect so all you see is white). The camera then remembers the setting and you're good to go after that. Never have to adjust it again. I swap it back and forth between my mac and PC with no problems what so ever - and by the way -- it's an excellent camera. Great picture, color balance and auto focus that rocks!
