		<description>With more of us integrating more fruits and veggies into our diets this product is ahead of its time.  Most of our kitchen prep work requires at least 3-4 items that require extensive washing before slicing and dicing.  With more sinks you also have less risk of cross-contamination from raw meats coming in contact with fruit or veggies.
