And to answer your question simply, no voice activited technology or any other audio-based technology for that matter, will ever completely replace braille! Listening to something is not the full equivalent to being able to physically read it. Certianly there will be new technologies that will come along using both modalities, as there have been now for quite some time. I am blind myself and this looks like an awesome product!
