Pillow to Measure Sleep Quality

Pillow Measuring Sleep QualityThe lap pillow and arm pillow were just gimmicky pillows, the latest Japanese pillow that we’ve found also has an actual useful feature, it measures the quality of your sleep.

Japanese company Loft Co. have released a pillow that records the depth and quality of your sleep by measuring head movements. The theory being the less you fidget the better sleep you are having (which probably means I never have a good nights sleep as I am Mr Fidget Cocoon Monster).

This could be used in an interesting test of the scientific sleeping properties of alcohol. Does getting frazzled on beer lead to a better nights sleep than necking a few bottles of wine, the pillow has the answer.

Japanese info available at Lofty found via i4u.
