The Puzzle Floor
Wood or laminate flooring may be practical but they are pretty boring (especially to lay). When your kids ask “What are we doing today?” and you reply with “Laying a new floor” it’s not normally followed by squeals of delight or offers of help. That is until they see the flooring is one big jigsaw puzzle.
Each puzzle floor is individually designed (which means it ain’t cheap) and delivered for you to lay yourself (or should that be solve). I do think this would look cool in any games room (kids or adults).
The following quote was taken off the official site
“This puzzle flooring has definite WOW factor! It is an eye-popping delight to all who see it. At the same time, it does not overpower a room, but blends well with any décor.
We installed this floor in our Parade of Homes Show House. It is estimated that over 20,000 people walked on that floor and it still looks as good as the day of installation. It’s durability is impressive.
The floor is fun and interesting, yet sophisticated enough to work in a variety of settings. Not only can it be used in a child’s room, but also a teen’s room, a game room, wherever imagination can take you.”
You can get further info and buy online from Puzzle Floor, but make sure you don’t lose any bits before you start it. [found via CribCandy, thanks (again)].

Its very nice, but I have to say it looks a little overly staged for me. (Yes, yes, I know that you clean when you photograph your house but some of this seems a little overly done)
