To prevent the galvanized posoning suggested by JDBBQ you should let the PCBBQ burn for a couple of hours with some wood in stead of charcoal. Get it as hot as possible without heat-bending the PC case. If the PC case bends accidentally just stop throwing small bits of wood in and let it burn a bit. After the heat-degalvanising process straighten the accidentally bend parts and enjoy your PCBBQ.

Please be advised to heat the PCBBQ as far as possible to burn away anything that would burn while having fun. If you don't you might accidentally destroy enough braincels to forget RAM is susceptible to static electricity and normal harddrives shouldn't be attached to a 1KW speaker. You might even get the intelligence of Paris Hilton.

Darn, wish that I had seen your PC conversion to a BBQ grill sooner. In the last six months I’ve given away six or seven towers. I could have donated them to you and you could start mass producing.

That's a cool idea, but there's too much meat on that grill! How about trying a bit of onion, red and green peppers etc... you won't regret it!
