Extreme Sports Camcorder

The ATC-1000 is a camcorder that you can simply attach to your body or clothing. A helmet is probably the ideal place and as many extreme require one that is kind of convenient. It films at 15fps (VGA) or 30 QVGA which is enough to brag to your friends with films of your latest insane feats.

dont think this one is good, try this sport camcorder. not sure how much samsung sell, but this one is only less than $50. can be put on anywhere on motocytle, bicycle etc.
