This is another gadget for all you secret agents out their, a scanner disguised as a pen, the DocuPen.

The Planon DocuPen RC800 is a pen scanner with a difference, instead of having the scanning camera at the tip of the pen, the DocuPen has an electronic eye down the length of the pen. This means instead of scanning a block of text a line at a time you can scan an entire page in just one sweep.

The specs of the DocuPen are pretty sweet being able to do full color scans at up to 400DPI. Images are stored on the scanners internal 8MB (I never knew that size still existed) flash memory card, though this is fortunately upgradable to 1GB. So when you’re on a secret mission, you can whip out your DocuPen, scan that the enemies blue prints and wait until back at base before uploading to your PC.
