		<description>I agree that the player overall is being tarnished by the false advertising on the box not to mention the web. This is the first website I have found that explicitly states that the OGG Vorbis support is not present. Swissbit support said it would be out in March, then April and in my last email May for definite and it is now July and no support. Whilst Philips have released an MP3 player which is as small and has OGG Vorbis support.

My advise DON&#039;T BUY THIS until they have resolved their flaky firmware.

&lt;blockquote cite=&quot;&quot;&gt;
Please excuse us for all the problems that you have had with your s.beat. OGG Vorbis Format will definitely be available in May.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

I see two new firmware updates have been released (I was downloading them before your website had even finished being updated) and still no Ogg Vorbis support. Is there a timeline for the firmware which does support Ogg Vorbis? I have been watching your website over the past few months and saw the release date move from late Feb to late March and then the update take place in April but still with no Ogg Vorbis support. Now you have no mention of the deficiency other than in the firmware still to come functionality! Please can either you talk to your marketing people and remove it from the boxes (one of the reasons I bought this particular product) or show clearly on the website when the function will be available.
