I wonder if lack of wrist use would actually be a worse thing then a bit more use. I use an <a href="http://www.evoluent.com/vmouse2.html" rel="nofollow">Evoluent</a> mouse which I really like. I really notice a difference too. The only problem that I have w/ it is, just like the video, you must keep picking it up and replacing it on your mouse pad or moving it off screen to "reset" it.
