but 10 minutes to compose a sentence would not be a long time for some severely disabled people who haven’t been able to communicate in years.

well thats about 1/2 the time it takes for Bush to write a sentence for his infamous speeches right?

The device has taken two years to develop and has reached a point where a user can write a sentence in 5 to 10 minutes.
