This is probably the strangest convertible I’ve seen, a Chair that rotates to reveal a mini kitchenette with 2 electric burners, which I suppose could come in handy for homes were space is at an absolute premium.

The designers reasoning behind it is you don’t generally sit down whilst cooking so why not combine them as you only need one at a time. It looks a bit kooky to say the least. There is an animation of it in action on the designers site. I think if I needed to save space that much I’d invest in a decent kettle and a cupboard full of pot noodles.
