Felt Puzzle Mat
January 7th, 2006 by Anita in Miscellaneous Gadgets
How many times have you started putting together a very large 1000 word puzzle and then ran out of time and had to take it back apart to do something else? This can be very frustrating. However, there is good news for all people that love to work on puzzles when they have the time without their work being destroyed each and every time. The answer is the Felt Puzzle Mat.
When you are ready to start putting together that masterpiece, just roll out the high quality heavy felt mat on a flat surface and begin. The puzzle mat is 24 inches by 24 inches, so there is plenty of room for the entire family to join in the fun. Now you can lay out each and every piece of the puzzle and have them close by instead of them still being in the puzzle box. Trying to search through the puzzle to find the piece you need is no fun, but you are always afraid to just pour out the pieces, they could get lost and then your puzzle would never be finished. However, with the felt puzzle mat you can keep all the puzzle pieces on the mat and not worry about losing them or searching through the puzzle box.
Okay, now it is time to put up the puzzle and get the kids ready for bed, but you have not finished your puzzle. What are you going to do now? Well, if you are using the felt puzzle mat all you have to do is use the cardboard storage tube as a core and just roll up the mat. You can now secure the rolled up mat with the Velcro that is included and all the puzzle pieces whether they are put together or not will be very safe until you are ready to work on it some more.
Since, the felt mat rolls up you will be able to store it just about any place such as under the bed, in the closet or stashed away in a corner. It will be there when you are ready to work some more on finishing the masterpiece.
You can find this awesome gadget online for around $20.
