Children’s ATM Bank
by Anita in Miscellaneous Gadgets, Toys
If you are looking for a unique and awesome way to teach your little ones all about money management then are should no farther than the Children’s ATM Bank. They recommend this bank for children 8 and up but I believe that the younger the better as long as they do not put the money or other small objects in their mouth they are ready to learn.
This cool electronic teller machine will help your children learn all about money management as they maintain a savings account. The account can hold up to $999.99. The ATM Bank will accept real coin and currency deposits, will show then up to date account information right on the screen. They will love saving money when they can actually see how much they are saving.
Your children will also receive their own ATM card and PIN for retrieving their checking account balance, withdrawing funds or making deposits.
Not only will your children learn to save money but they will also learn the different currency denominations when they enter the bill amounts separately. When they make a coin transaction, the money will be automatically computed right on the screen for them to see.
You will need three “AA” batteries. The size of the Children’s ATM Bank is 10 inches high by 12 inched wide and 4 inches deep and it weighs around three pounds. The bank is the perfect size to fit on a dresser, chest of drawers, or nightstand.
This would be an awesome gift for any child. If you have more than one child, you may have to think about getting more than one. Or they will be sure to fight over which one has put in the most money when it comes time to withdraw. You can find this cool gadget online for around $40.00
