It is gods gift to hurting legs or sore calfs. IT IS COMFORTABLE, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. You can stay seated in your favorite chair and just pull it up to you and turn it in. This thing is junk! If you flip up the cover to use it as an ottoman, it places your feet well above the level of the chair. It's rediculously high! The massaging effect is not bad, but it is noisy & it comes with a warningthat the motor may overheat & shut down. This is not a good product.
