Lovely MP3 player! Only problem I have is that the screen is garbled and a reflected immage. Known problem and if so, how can I solve it (apart from returning it )

I got the pink q-be ages ago but ive lost the usb wire that connects the mp3 to the computer n i cant find 1 anywhere..Anyone have any ideas? Many Thanks

mine keeps on freesing on some songs any help
