This REALLY works to stop the itching, completely. Use it right after you notice the bite for best results. I do have a problem trying to get kids to use it, even when I let them hold it and do it to themselves. They don't like the quick burning which only last apx. 10 seconds. The burning is not severe and and doesn't leave any lasting discomfort. Personally, I'll take 10 seconds of burning over 3 days of itching any day!
