Be Arty Paint a Cow

Cow Parade
I’m sure you’ve all heard of CowParade the world famous where various artist go around painting, well er cows sculptures. Even though it’s the world’s largest public art event there are still artistic luddites (like me for one) that have never heard of CowParade (oh the shame) but thanks to good old firebox can now get involved too.

Paint Your Own Cow
Well it might look like something you’d buy a young relative for their birthday, but art can and should be appreciated by all ages. There’s not a lot I can say about this apart, but in the box you get:

  • A Ceramic Cow
  • A Paint Brush
  • 6 pots of paint (blue, red, white, black, green and yellow - yes I’m running out of things to write about this)
  • .

If you’re so artistically inclined you can pick it up for a bargain price of 15 pounds *ouch* at Firebox

I saw the Chicago one way back when - quite cool, if a bit bizarre walking down Michigan Avenue and bumping into stragegically placed ceramic cows!

I think all my artistic tendencies were learnt down the pub :)
